Karla Snider Pivik, DO & Founder

Dr. Karla Snider Pivik is a board certified dermatologist with a very patient-centered approach to treating dermatologic medical conditions. She hails from the wild and scenic town of Green River, Wyoming and earned two Bachelor’s Degrees from University of Wyoming. During her tenure in Wyoming she discovered her love of foreign travel and participated in a foreign exchange program in Salamanca Spain.

Dr. Pivik follows the osteopathic philosophy that all body systems are interrelated and dependent upon one another for good health. She believes excellent patient care values the person as an individual. Dr. Pivik understands the psychosocial impact of dermatologic conditions and seeks to not only treat the skin, but the whole person as well.

A Cannabis industry entrepreneur, Tony has spent nearly 15 years in the industry learning almost every aspect of the business. His industry roots started with providing free Medical Cannabis to patients in Oregon because he saw first hand the healing power of Cannabis and he loved making a difference in people's lives.
In his journey, he has worked for small grass roots hemp and cannabis startups & large publicly traded MSOs and always found that his passion and skills could find new and unique ways to bring these healing benefits to many others by creating award winning, top brand products and teaching anyone that would listen about the benefits of Cannabis.
With the support of loved ones and friends Tony has created Cascade Compounds, a product development, formulation & compounding specialty products company that offers selling unique products & services that will continue his mission to deliver high quality, high purity, safe & reliable cannabis products.
