Application: For external use only, Do not apply to open wounds, eyes or mucus membranes. Use up to 6 times daily or as temporary relief is needed.

How to use: For best results apply generously to affected area and allow to sit for 2 to 5 minutes until topical formula begins to warm to skin. Then gently massage into treatment area for 1 minute. It's best to keep clothing off treatment area until after the formula is adequately massaged in.
